The project started taking shape in October 2012. From there, it has been a process of trials, testing and running initial moderations in 2013.

1. October 2012: iConnect identified as medium for Online Moderation 2. November 2012:Training in iConnect completed3. July 2013:1st Online Moderation Discussion occurs- USB Drives in post trialed4. August 2013:Testing starts on sending and sharing video files.5. November 2013:2nd Online Moderation Discussion occurs- Video available online.
