SYMBOLISM OF THE DRSIS LOGO- The quest for perfection

The DRS Logo is derived from the sun, the font of life, a symbol of the light of knowledge. The orange color reflects the pure morning rays of the sun that vitalize and warm a somnolent world. The bands radiating outward are representative of the creative processes of the sun, the continuous flux that disseminates energies to the outermost reaches of the universe. They are symbolic of the three pillars on which the institution is built-dynamism, respect for nature and sincerity of purpose. Shri. Dayanand Agarwal (Chairman & Managing Director)Shri Dayanand Agarwal Ji is the founder of DRS Group. His ambitions and vision has made the DRS Group a brand name in the Logistics. The CMD is of the view that leaders are not made or born. Leadership is a choice, a belief and commitment to everything that is good and noble within you.He is a very simple person and so are his ideas and outlook intoany aspect of business. He believes in fulfillment of commitments and well defined targets leading to satisfaction andresults.He is a man with vision and innovation. He believes in hard work and consistency and advocates that one should always do ones best and never bother about the result. If the performance is good, the result will automatically drive you to the number one position.

A. K. Agarwal (Director)A man of boundless energy and dynamism, with a taste for challenging assignments, A. K. Agarwal is a Management graduate and has a penchant for attending many management and personalitydevelopment programs to update himself on the latest knowledge domains.He is an adept at marketing guru to the core and had pioneered an international standard school in Hyderabad, a vision that he cherished from his youth. After initial hiccups and hassles and umpteen hurdles he successfully established a true international model school that has many a first to its credit. Today in such a short span of time the DRS International (School) has earned a solid reputation and has carved a niche in the educational segment. A.K Agarwal as he is known for contemporary ideas blending superbly with conventional wisdom. Sanjay Agarwal (Director)Sanjay is a quick thinker with an amazing reflex. After graduating form college he was keenly involved with Mr. A K Agarwal in establishing the DRSIS at Hyderabad.

He is the chief architect for introducing many innovate strategies in Accounting and recovery system on an all India basis for successfully generating receivables on. He is a master in cash flow management and recovery. For Sanjay credit control is child's play as he has undergone advanced education on cost control and accounting systems which he has implemented at DRS.

His advice to staff ----- we all have dreams. But in order to make dreams into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline and effort. Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments towards organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.

Pinky Agarwal (Director), Wife of Mr.A.Kumar Agarwal has joined as Director in the year 2006 – 07, is helping as an Auditor & Advisor to the school. Young and dedicated lady who is not only a mother for the kids but also a guide, a friend and an entrepreneur in her approach towards every work she takes up. She is integral part of all the functions and events of the school. In all she is the true representation of Women power.

Sunitha Agarwal (Director), Wife of Mr. S K Agarwal has joined us in the year 2009-10, so as to guide, enhance and streamline the administrative processes at school. As admin and academic depts. go hand in hand at DRSIS, her inputs provides an excellent insight into the procedures and also the aspects of improvement. She is always a symbol of women empowerment.
