Facilities: Visitor Centre,cafe, shop, 8 car parks, disabled facilities, 8 waymarked paths, 5 waymarked cycle trails, one all ability trail, education service, bike hire, orienteering courses, Christmas tree sales, Grizedale Arts - world renowed sculptures, hostel to hire.

There is something for anybody to enjoy. You can simply take a walk, hire a bike or climb. A picnic is a must although the café is excellent
