PRIMARY EXPERTISE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Perform multiple roles at Brand Management Professionals (BMP), a Houston based marketing firm. Primary focus is to provide market savvy clients with consultative expertise on brand market development. Utilize strategic sourcing and distribution of branded merchandise, apparel and large format displays and graphics to increase marketplace brand recognition. Support the development, execution and administration of internal employee engagement and brand awareness initiatives. Provide sales and system training to new and junior BMP account managers, as well as, assist with vendor relationship management and development.

Developed a 16-year client relationship with a Fortune 500 industrialconstruction and engineering firm by providing creative solutions toenhance employee focused safety and service programs. Leveragedbranded incentives and awards to inspire employee performance andsupport corporate values. These efforts generated almost $10,000,000 intotal revenue for BMP.

Built, implemented and managed an employee service recognition programfor a key client with a workforce of 12,000. The 10-year program served tofortify employee retention efforts and enhance the company’s benefitspackage. The relationship yielded over $250,000 in annual revenue for BMP.

Partnered with the Director of Marketing of a Fortune 500 company to executetheir complete internal and external re-branding campaign that entailed thevisual roll-out of a new logo, product implementation, overseas productsourcing, fulfillment and distribution of branded product and futureenforcement of brand standards. Generated approximately $250,000 inrevenue over the course of a 6-month campaign.

Collaborated with a major energy & infrastructure company to generateinternal and external loyalty and visibility through an annual branded calendarprogram that was distributed across the western hemisphere for 5consecutive years. Saved the client $25,000 at the upstart of the project.
