Complete the Online Enrollment Form. Please visit https://rosevillejuhsd.asp.aeries.net/air/ to begin your enrollment. **PRINT THE ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION TO SUBMIT —THIS IS REQUIRED**
*INTER/INTRA Transfers MUST read instructions for CRITICAL INFORMATION REQURIED TO COMPLETE ONLINE ENROLLMENT (available in our enrollment packet). — MUST HAVE RJUHSD APPROVAL LETTER TO ENROLL– NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please have COPIES of all items listed below to submit to the school. Please note parent(s)/guardian(s) are responsible for providing all required documentation at the time of enrollment.
INCOMPLETE PACKETS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Transfers MUST have RJUHSD approval letter to enroll. Incomplete enrollments WILL NOT be permitted to meet with a counselor on Enrollment Night.

Complete Immunization Record Immunization records provided MUST include ALL shots required under California Law for students aged 13-17 years. A list of required shots can be found at eziz.org/assets/docs/IMM-231.pdf or by visiting shotsforschool.org. Shared Residency Affidavit Form : Families sharing housing and do not have utilities or rental agreements in their names.

Completed Course Selection Sheet- 3 classes and 5 alternates must be selected to be considered complete. (5 required classes are already pre-selected) *Families will have an opportunity to discuss class selections with counselors on Enrollment Night. After this date you will need to email your students counselor.

CALIFORNIA Immunization Requirements for K-12/Effective July 1, 2019
ACCEPTABLE Immunization Documents:
Yellow Immunization card
MD/Healthcare Provider printout
Copy of Blue CA Immunization Card w/ signatures
CAIR printout.
School Printouts will NOT be accepted. For a MEDICAL EXEMPTION – please contact our school nurse.
STUDENTS MUST have all immunizations at the time of enrollment.
Children behind on their required immunizations may be admitted conditionally IF they are not cur-rently due for any doses.

Freshman Course Selection Sheet Directions:
1) Refer to the GBHS website to view the 2020-2021 Course Catalog.
2) CP English 9, Health and Wellness, PE 9 and NGSS Biology have been pre-selected as they are required.
3) Select the appropriate level math course as math is also a requirement.
4) Select 3 additional courses, as you need a total of 8 classes for the year.
5) Lastly, write in 5 alternate courses. This is a requirement!

Online Enrollment Instructions
1. Go to www.rjuhsd.us and click on “Enrollment” under Quick Links on the left side of the screen. Video
instructions available at http://bit.ly/RJUHSD-Enrollment . INTER/INTRA- Please see Page 2 for special instructions.
2. Before starting the enrollment process, please read through the “Annual Parent Notice.” You will be asked to
confirm that you have reviewed this document at the end of the enrollment process.
3. Under “Step 1,” click on “AERIES Internet Registration”
4. From the drop down menu, select “2020-2021, Pre-Enrollment”
5. Carefully read about the required documents. Click “Next”

**IMPORTANT**
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING a. When asked to indicate your student’s grade level, please select CURRENT GRADE NOT next year’s
grade. If going into the 9th grade please select 8th grade, as the system rolls over to the next grade they will be going into in July.
b. When asked to enter you residence address: If you have a separate mailing address you will be able to add that after you enter your residence address.
i. INTERdistrict transfer students will need to enter GBHS address as your address:#1 Grizzly Way, Granite Bay, CA 95746
ii. Please answer “no, use a different address for mail” and enter your home address iii. When your students information is added to our database your mailing address will replace the
GBHS address.
INTER students must read:

i. INTRA transfer students will use their residential address. The online system will match you to
your school of residence, PLEASE CONTINUE. You WILL be enrolled in the school awarded, regardless of what the system states.
7. Once you create your account and your school is confirmed (based on boundaries). You will be sent an email with a link to activate your account. Please check your spam/junk mail if email is not received; the email is from: HomeLinkHelp. When the email is received, click on the link and it will then take you to our online registration page. (If you do not receive an email, still attempt to login)
8. If the information you entered is correct, click “Finish and Submit.” After clicking “Finish and Submit,” no further changes can be made online. You will have a chance to update information once the school year starts.
9. YOU MUST PRINT THE ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION PAGE. SIGN AT THE BOTTOM, AND BRING TO ENROLLMENT NIGHT ALONG WITH ALL OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
