Imperial Ordinance No. 37
A part of Ordinance concerning the Regulations governing the
Organization of the Structure of the Reclamation Committee shall be
amended as fol- lows:
Article 8-2, T!he Minister! of Agriculture and Forestry or the
local Governor may set up in the Central Reclamation Committee or
in the
% Reclamation Committee of the Metropolis;, Hok- kaido, a Special
Prefecture or Prefecture the De- partment which is to ladimin'ister
the affairs coming under the jurisdiction^ of the Reclamation Com-
mittee.
The Department shall have a'Director; the posi- tion of the
Director shall 'be filled, with the Chair- man of the Committee or
the -member nominated by the Chairrman.
Members and temporary members who are to belong to the- Department
shall be nominated by the Chairman.
The Cconmitte may, in accordance with its re- gulations, deem th?
resolution of the Department to be that of the Committee.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall came Inlo force as from the day of its
promulgatei:.

In the event of the boundary of mining in- dustry or sand mining
industry stretching over the jurisdictions of two or more than two*
Local Commerce and Industry Bureaus^ or in the event of the
occurance of doubt concerning tine juris- diction of the mining
industry or sand mining
industry on account of the lack of clearness of the boundary of
jurisdiction of Local Commerce and Industry Bureaus, the Minister
