Cancer fighting nutrients become deadly when combined with chlorinated tap water
Some of nature's most valuable and essential anti-cancer and anti-disease phytochemical nutrients
which are commonly found in food have been discovered to form deadly cancer causing substances
when consumed or combined with chlorinated tap water. This discovery includes familiar foods
including soy, fruits, vegetables, tea, many health products, and even some vitamins. Research has
proven that these essential nutrients are the exact same families of compounds, that even in
infinitesimal amounts have been tormenting the water treatment and chlorine industries for years.
Recently, a joint study was undertaken in Japan by research scientists at the National Institute of Health
Sciences and Shizuoka Prefectural University. They determined that natural organic substances
originating from foods, including fruits, soy, and green or black tea, react when tap water is chlorinated,
forming dangerous cancer causing compounds. These deadly compounds have been named MX, which
stands for "unknown mutagen", and are similar to the already well-known and more easily detected
cancer causing THMs (trihalomethanes).
The Japanese scientists specifically mentioned that their studies showed that MX is created by the
reaction of chlorine with natural organic plant phytochemicals such as catechins, which are contained in
tea, and flavonoids which are found in fruit. Since Japan has an extremely high consumption of tea,
fruits, and soy products, it is easy to see how high amounts of residues from these foods would end up
in their wastewater treatment and water recycling systems.
Earlier studies by scientists in Finland in 1997 determined that MX is 170 times more deadly than other
known toxic byproducts of chlorination, and was shown in laboratory studies to damage the thyroid
gland as well as cause cancerous tumors.
THMs are known to be created by the reaction of chlorine with humic and fulvic acids, which are the
final breakdown products of vegetation, including decayed leaves and organic matter. Humic substances
are the same as soil humus, of which the fulvic fraction is water soluble and readily transported into
streams and waterways, as well as utilized nutritionally by plants.

Very recent scientific discoveries have identified and clarified the composition of fulvic and humic acids
as containing a significant amount of nutritional phytochemical groups including hormones, sterols, fatty
acids, polyphenols, and ketones, which subgroups include but are not limited to: flavins, flavonoids,
flavones, tannins, catechins, quinones, isoflavones, tocopherols, etc.
These compounds are some of the most valuable and promising anti-cancer nutrients found in our foods
and health supplements. Coenzyme Q10 is a quinone, vitamin B-2 is a flavin, vitamin E is a tocopherol,
citrus bioflavonoids including hesperidin, quercetin, and rutin are all flavonoids, green tea contains
catechins, phenols, tannins, and isoflavones. Potentially all of these substances, and many more, are
implicated by chlorination.
Amazingly, is has been discovered that these phytochemicals remain intact, concentrated, and
intricately combined within humic substances; which are valuable remnants of nature's protectivesubstances contained within fruits, flowers, pollen, nuts and seeds, as well as vegetative parts including
roots, stems, bark, and leaves. Even the plant nucleic acids, RNA and DNA remain intact.
To comply with EPA rulings, water treatment plants have had to develop special techniques to scrub the
seemingly dubious organic residues from water prior to treatment with chlorine. There is nothing wrong
with the organic substances themselves, it is chlorine that is at fault for turning them into the deadly
THM and MX cancer cocktail. Reality is that the organic substances have been shown to be highly
beneficial combined with pure drinking water in trace amounts.
The bottom line is this: when water treatment facilities remove these substances, they are throwing the
precious baby out with the bath water, and the remnants that remain are turned into cancer causing
agents by chlorination. To make things worse, it is certain that the fresh plant foods we eat similarly
react with the chlorinated tap water we drink with our meals, creating toxins. This means that fresh
fruits and vegetables, green salads, green tea, black tea, herb teas, soy products, vitamin pills and
various health supplements, and even some pharmaceutical drugs, all can be implicated in combination
with chlorinated water.
The deadly cancer causing agents which are produced are extremely toxic in infinitesimal amounts, so
small and obscure that they are extremely difficult to detect. Very little chlorine is required. When the
concentrations of phytochemicals are high, such as in concentrated health supplements, or even fruits
and vegetables coming from more fertile soils, the deadly combination with chlorination intensifies.

It has been known by the water treatment and chemical industries for many years that chlorine reacts
negatively with natural organic compounds. These industries call these compounds DBPs (disinfection
by-products) which are known to cause cancer in populations whose drinking water contains them.
THM, the most commonly known DBP, is known to cause a high incidence of bladder cancer and also tocause spontaneous abortion of fetuses.
The Environmental Protection Agency has continually tightened their restrictions on THMs in drinking
water, and even tighter restrictions are just around the bend. Yet it is interesting to note that the many
government agencies and chlorine industries have conveniently neglected to take a serious look at food,
health supplement, and pharmaceutical drug consumption, preparation, and production relating to use
of chlorinated tap water.
There is good reason for the public to seriously examine and question this entire issue. Many years ago
laws were passed making chlorination of water mandatory. Now, the chlorine industry and government
agencies must continue their existing policies, because if sudden or drastic changes are made, the legal
liabilities would be staggering. Certainly some government or industry personnel have known or
theorized about these problems and have been covering them up for many years. However, if anyone
were to admit to it, the consequences could be disastrous. This predicament could make the tobacco
industry scandal seem insignificant in comparison.
Another area needing thorough scrutiny relates to pharmaceutical drug safety studies normally
performed on animals in the laboratory. It would be reasonable to surmise that good laboratory
practices and procedures would require that such studies be performed using highly purified drinking
water for animals. It would be reasonable to believe that drug companies would not take the chance of
jeopardizing clinical studies using chlorinated tap water. Of course chlorinated tap water is a common
denominator within the human environment. Educating people to the dangers of chlorine would be
admitting to knowledge of the problem, which could invalidate past studies and certainly raise serious
legal problems.
This whole chlorine issue should come as no real surprise to any biochemist. During the last century,
chlorine has been combined with many other normally safe organic substances to form some of the
most powerful deadly toxins known, such as dioxin, DDT, PCBs, etc. The bottom line is that the real
culprit is chlorine, not the substances with which it reacts.

Although chlorine has essentially eliminated the risks of waterborne diseases such as typhoid fever,
cholera and dysentery, there are many pathogens that are not controlled by chlorine. Other and better
methods of water treatment exist. Many alternatives are already used throughout the world. Ever
tightening EPA regulations have forced the water supply industry in the USA to look into alternative
methods for disinfecting water.
For years, environmentalists have battled the water treatment industry and large chemical companies in
an effort to ban the use of chlorine in drinking water. This ongoing battle has been a big source of
revenue for both sides. As word of the problem spreads to the general public, something might actually
be done about it.
As this message spreads, it will no doubt shake the very foundations of the chlorine and water
treatment industries, let alone the government agencies that are implicated along with them. Therecertainly should be cause for serious alarm within the nutritional supplement and food industries, as
well as those segments of the medical industry that might awaken to the dilemma.
This message is of utmost importance to the general public, because chlorine will one day, in the near
future, be exposed as a major cause and contributor to cancer and degenerative disease. Chlorine will
also be found to be responsible for damaging the body's immune and hormonal systems by mutating
the food-based plant estrogens and phytochemicals that support those systems. A healthy immune
system should be your first and best line of defense against waterborne disease.

Cancer is second leading cause of death in the US, humic extracts arrest cancer growth according to
medical studies
According to the National Cancer Institute, about 1,228,600 new cancer cases were expected to be
diagnosed in the year 2000. Since 1990, approximately 11 million new cancer cases have beendiagnosed.
In the year 2000 about 564,800 Americans were expected to die of cancer, more than 1,500 people a
day. Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the U.S., exceeded only by heart disease.

Patients with cancer causing tumors of the esophagus had 100% success rate in preventing tumor

Yuan, Shenyuan; Fulvic Acid, 4 1988; in Application of Fulvic acid and its derivatives in the fields of
agriculture and medicine; First Edition: June 1993
One of every four deaths in the U.S. is from cancer. Since 1990, there have been approximately 5 million
cancer deaths. Overall annual costs for cancer run $107 billion per year.
Breakthrough cancer research studies supported by the National Institute of Health clearly indicate thatoxygen-containing molecules known as oxidants or free-radicals, play an important role in causing
cancer, and that antioxidants or free-radical scavengers help suppress cancer.
In a surprising new development, the study shows that cancerous cells themselves are causing an
overproduction of free-radicals. This alone can account for cancers typical runaway cell growth.
Cancer cells have now been shown to produce oxidants that act as messenger molecules and send
signals through protein pathways, bombarding surrounding cells uncontrollably with damaging free-
radicals.
The study shows that certain super antioxidants work to obstruct the signaling protein pathways,
neutralizing the spread of cancer and can potentially prevent it in the first place. Unique protein
inhibiting antioxidants block the necessary signals that normally allow adjacent cells to become
cancerous. Studies point to antioxidants as new anti-cancer treatment and prevention strategies.
Humic extracts (Fulvic acids) are natures most powerful antioxidants. Pharmacological studies
throughout the world have shown that various mechanisms within the humic molecular structure make
it both a donor and acceptor free radical scavenger and antioxidant. Also noted are powerful superoxide
dismutases (SODs) and metalloenymes of every conceivable kind.

While all humic extracts do not always destroy cancer cells, they generally halt their growth and spread.
Sometimes tumors disappear almost immediately and spontaneously. Humic extracts are certainly
cancer preventative, and it is certain that the higher the quality of humic extract, the better the ability to
reverse and completely cure cancers.
Outpatient medical hospital studies on thyroid tumors, some cancerous, showed that injections with a
special humic extract was 90% successful in stopping tumor growth and diminishing size of tumors, with
80% of patients having complete cures.
He, Shenyi, et al; Humic acid in Jiangxi Province, 1 (1982)
It has been found that naturally-occurring humic acid preparations can stimulate the production of
cytokines, including interferon-gamma, interferon-alpha, interferon-beta, and tumor necrosis factor-
alpha. What this means is that a valid mechanism has been discovered, proven, and documented,
whereby humic extracts are able to work with the body to selectively seek out and destroy cancer cells.
Fulvic acid vital to nutrition
Fulvates are essential and vital to nutrition and are nature's "life force" energy. These water-soluble andfat-soluble organic electrolytes are substances that dissolve in tissues and are capable of conducting an
electrical charge. Once complexed with Fulvates, the subcolloidal, ionized minerals and nutrients are
delivered to the gastro-intestinal system for easy transportation through the intestinal walls. They are
then carried throughout the body in the bloodstream, where they are easily transported through the
thin, semi-permeable cell walls.
Inside the cell, ionic minerals are conveyed by cellular fluid known as cytoplasm. Within the cytoplasm,
these ionic minerals combine with enzymes to activate them. This activated enzyme is then primed to
build proteins-the building blocks of cellular life.
The fulvate mineral complex can now provide a substantial electric charge to sustain cellular life, much
like a low-powered battery receiving an additional charge of energy.
7/30/2019 Fulvic Acid Minerals Information
7/42
After transporting their load of ionized minerals and nutrients to body cells where they can be
converted into energy, Fulvates exit the cells. As they exit, they bind to any toxic heavy metals that may
exist in the cytoplasm of the cell. Like a sub-atomic subway, fulvates transport nutrients into cells and
then remove toxic heavy metals from cells, where they can be eliminated as waste from the body.
Thus, fulvates serve a dual role within the human body. As donors, fulvates deliver life force energy, that
is, substantial electrical energy, minerals, and other nutrients to the body. As acceptors, fulvates clear
out toxins, energy-depleted nutrients, and exhausted minerals from the cell.

Humic acids can be successfully used as an additive in animal feed. Various research trials conducted
worldwide have all showed positive results concerning the use of humic acids as an organic feedingredient. Increases in liveweight of animals, improved growth rates, increased feed intakes and food
conversion ratios and a stronger resistance against diseases are the common results of these trials. By
improving immune function of animals, especially of young animals, humic acids also reduce the
incidence of enteric disease and diarrhoea.

Increasing mass production of animal husbandry throughout the globe has had undesired impacts on
the nature of animals, i.e. the natural development of animals and their immune systems. First vitamins,
then antibiotics and finally hormones have been used extensively as growth promoters in livestock
production. Recently, however, the negative effects of such growth promoters on animal and human
health has been evidenced through various studies as well as real-life cases. Consequently, at present
there is a new search for natural growth promoters without any environmental or residual problems.
As a result of increasing consumer pressure and in particular concerns about increased microbial
resistance to antibiotics, a ban on the use of antibiotic growth promoters in animal feed has been
already introduced in Germany recently. Already back in 1998, the European Union had banned
antibiotics important in human medicine from use as growth promoters in livestock production.
There is considerable evidence that antibiotic arsenals are being depleted due to the development ofresistant organisms. The more microorganisms that become resistant to antibiotics, the greater the risk
of a resurgence of untreatable infectious diseases. The overuse of antibiotics not only in human
medicine but also in livestock feeding is the major cause of antibiotic resistance in food-borne illness.
Almost 80% of antibiotics used in animal husbandry today are not used to treat sick animals, but merely
to promote efficient growth of chickens, cows and pigs.
Similar to antibiotics, the use of hormones in animal feed can also have direct impacts on human health
through their residues left in animal products. As of today, these effects have not yet been thoroughly
studied.
There is quite a number of animal feed additives in the market currently, that do not contain any
antimicrobial substances or hormones. These are mainly probiotics, prebiotics, plant extracts and
organic acids presently enjoying a resurgence of interest following the EU-wide ban on antibiotics. These
substances however present certain deficits regarding their effects on animal health and growth
promotion.
Probiotics do not have any activity other than providing beneficial microorganisms to the natural
microflora of the digestive system. The benefit of prebiotics is also limited to supporting the
development of microflora. Both probiotics and prebiotics do not have any proven effects on the
immune system of animals nor adstringent effects on the mucous membrane of the gastro-intestinal
7/30/2019 Fulvic Acid Minerals Information
12/42
tract. They also do not have any antibacterial or virucidal effects against pathogenes either. Various
performance studies have shown that both probiotics and prebiotics fail to show any considerable
effects on animal growth.
Plant extracts are believed to be beneficial for the digestive system, but their functioning mechanism is
not completely known and should be different for each product under this category. Organic acids give
better results as protective agents rather than as growth promoters.
Humic Acids as Animal Feed Ingredient Top
The use of humic acids in animal feed produces a number of advantages for animal health and growth.
Humic acids inhibit pathogenic bacterial growth and growth of moulds, thus decreasing levels of
mycotoxins. They improve protein digestion and calcium and trace element utilisation. Humic acids
improve gut health, nutrient absorption, nutritional status and immune response in animals.
Humic acids also improve diet digestibility as a result of maintaining optimum pH within the gut,
resulting in lower levels of nitrogen excretion and less odour. By improving digestibility and food
utilisation, humic acids improve gastric and intestinal conditions of animals. It follows from this that as
well as improving physical and financial performance, humic acids also have a positive impact on the
environment by improving digestibility.
Replacing antiobiotics with humic acids as growth promoter in animal feed does not cause any loss in
the performance of animals. On the contrary, performance factors (daily liveweight gain, feed intake,
food conversion ratio and the level of looseness of faeces - scour assesment - ) of animals are
considerably improved.
Tests have shown that the use of humic acids as animal feed supplement leads to increased milk
production and increased butterfat percentage in dairy cows. Using humic acids also resulted in
improved feed efficiency, decreased feed costs, reduced fly population and reduced costs for insect
control. Furthermore, the weaning weights increased and faster weight gains were observed in dairy
cows, while problems with scours greatly decreased. On the whole, humic acids increase the animal's
resistance against stress factors such as heat.
7/30/2019 Fulvic Acid Minerals Information
13/42
One of the most beneficial effects of humic acids on animals is the overall immune response increase in
animals. By improving immune functions in the animal, humic acids are able to reduce the incidence of
diarrhoea and other digestive upsets to a considerable extent as well as to improve the animal's
defenses against pathogens such as E.coli.
Observed Effects of Humic Acids on Animals Top
Covering mucous membrane and adstringent effects Humic acids are able to form a protective film on
the mucuous epithel of the gastro-intestinal tract against infections and toxins. The macrocolloidal
structure of humic acids ensures a good shielding on the mucous membrane of the stomach and gut, the
peripheral capillaries and damaged mucous cells. As a result of this process, the resorption of toxic
metabolites is reduced or fully prevented, especially after infections, in case of residues of harmful
substances in animal feed or when it is switched to new feeds. Furthermore, humic acids also help toprevent excessive loss of water via the intestine.
Antibacterial and virucidal effects Humic acids have the ability to influence in particular the metabolism
of proteins and carbonhydrates of microbes by catalytic means. This leads to a direct devastating effect
against bacteria cells or virus particles.A second mechanism is related to the interionic bonds of high-
molecular protein fractions (toxins) of infectious microbes. Their toxic impact on physiological processes
of mucous membrane cells can be weakened considerably or even blocked completely.
Antiphlogical effects Dermal, oral or subcutaneous application of humic acids leads to inhibitory effects
on inflammation. The ability to inhibit inflammation is believed to be related with the flavonoid groups
contained in humic acids.
Antiresorptive and adsorptive effects As high-molecular humic acids remain in the gastro-intestinal tract
almost entirely following the enteral application (there is no self-resorption), antiresorptive and
adsorptive effects take place where they are needed: in the digestive tract. Primarily cationoid noxes
(protein toxins, toxic substances) are fixed, their resorption is reduced considerably or even prevented
completely and their elimination through faeces is promoted. As adsorption by humic acids includes not
7/30/2019 Fulvic Acid Minerals Information
14/42
only physical and chemical reactions, but also complex-formation and ion-exchange, it is more intensive
and dynamic compared to pure physical adsorbents.
Effects on the immune system Humic acids stimulate the resistance forces of the body and lead to an
increase in the phagocytosis activity. The inducer effect of phenolic components (groups) of humic acids
is believed to be responsible for the immunological effects and is the basis for the success of the
treatment of the so-called factor diseases in young animals.
Ergotropic effects Humic acids stabilize the intestinal flora and thus ensures an improved utilization of
nutrients in animal feed (improved feed efficiency). This leads to an increase in liveweight of the animal
without increasing the amount of feed given to the animal.
Humic acids are purely natural. The use of humic acids in animal feed excludes any possibility of
antibiotic residue or microbial resistance. Simultaneously, as a result of a higher food conversion rate
and enhanced absorption of nitrogen by the animal, nitrogenous wastes and odour are reduced.
Robert from Martinez, Ca replies: "Regarding fulvic/humic acids: the general subject of mineral
deficiencies are discussed by Dr. Joel Wallach in his book Rare Earths, Forbidden Cures. This was printed
many years ago prior to the 'invasion' of colloidal mineral products in the marketplace.Basically the
author states that the world has become very depleted of minerals due to many reasons from erosion to
poor farming practice. The U.S. for example is approx 85% deficient! Austrailia is approx 57%, etc. I don't
know how these studies were tested. The point being that we are severely lacking in bio-available
minerals. I have known some that drink clay, or granite dust water,(Hunzas & others),etc. Rudolf Steiner
in the early century used granite dust as a soil amendment with amazing results.Another great book
titled 'Secrets of the Soil' avail used on Amazon is a good read & I think the author is Christopher Bird.
Someone mentioned salt as a cheap alternative & it is important to mention that real salt is air/sun
dried & without chemical additives or heavy processing. Grinding of the salt causes nickel to be present
in the end product if the mfgr uses such composite metals for grinding. Most 'popular' sea salts are not
necessarily quality. Search the net for info & sources. Dr. David Brownstein has written a great book on
salt & it is avail used on Amazon. He has researched the topic for many years & recommends in his
practice. I am not connected with any of the sources mentioned. The only one mentioned who has a
mineral product is Dr. Joel Wallach & this is many years after the book was written due to people asking
for sources. The person on EC who recommended wu jin san is most likely selling or associated with it as
it has a sales tone & the person is from the same source area in Ore. My chinese sister-in-law is a OMD
and never heard of it,not that she has heard of everything. The label states "fulvic acid in PURE

sea waters are differentiated.Suffice to say there are many claims in the mineral marketplace, so buyer
beware. Most of the colloidal sources in the U.S. are in Utah & share the same mining area with private
labeling. I used to sell colloidals many years ago & the markup is great. One quart costs about $5-$6.00,
wholesales for $12.00 & retails for up to $40.00! Grossly speaking your are getting mined decomposed
vegetation that is placed in an acid bath & sold. Of course there are other steps in the process, but this is
simplified. We can't eat dirt because we are not plants, so we eat the plants.Make sense? I don't know
how we can absorb minerals from clay unless it is taken with an acid, but clay is primarily taken for
detox because like charcoal it is highly absorbant of toxins & non-toxins such as minerals, flora, etc.
which need to be replenished. If one wants a good cheap magnesium supplement, soak the feet or body

subject of transdermal magnesium application. Thank you EC for this forum. Hugs!"
Can someone please advise me on how safe is it to use shilajit everyday? It is one of the ingredients in a

Thanks!"

highly revered in Aryuvedic medicine. It helps to re-mineralize the body and a host of many other
benefits. It is to some, the ideal fulvic acid. It is safe to use it everyday and is very good for you. You canfind lots of detailed information about it online. It is really coming to the forefront in the alternative
medicine world.
Still, as with all things, I like to give my body a rest after a week or two of anything. So, for instance, if I
am taking herbs, I'll go for a full week or maybe even two and then stop for a day or two before I return.

It's one of those things I'd love to try if I could find a guaranteed pure source for it, but as things stand,
I'm very wary - it may just make things worse.
I've found fulvic acid products a bit too strong in the past, though I seem to tolerate them better now.
One alternative is moor mud, dug out of an Austrian bog and pasteurised. Absolutely delicious, but
criminally expensive, at least in the quantities that I am drinking it. The moor mud sold for baths is a
quarter of the price, but I have to figure out how to replicate the effects of pasteurisation without just
boiling it to death (part of the goodness of the moor mud is in the bacteria, so I'm reluctant to kill the
lot) - any bright ideas on this front?"

only one true Wujinsan Lab in the U.S. It involves fermentation with specific beneficial microbes as true
fulvic acid is fungal derived. The product is free of any detectable metals other than necessary one like
zinc. Products called "colloidal minerals " are a witches brew of what they claim is 74-84 elements. The

do it. Most humic acids and fulvic acid are extracted from near ancient prehistoric deposits on top of
coal. In coal mining they resemble a very low grade for heating purposes only, bituminous coal deposits.
However, humic acid are softer than bituminous coal deposits for which they are extracted with humic
acid. You cannot do it from extracting from peats, it takes many tons of peat just to get only a handful of
fulvic acid or humic acid. The best way to make money from fulvic acid is to mix them into fertilizer to

About two years ago I tried a humic supplement (black water) and the wide spectrum of benefits that I
observed was nothing short of phenomenal! Everything from remission of long-term sleep disorders, alleviation of severe, long-term depression, tobacco cravings virtually eliminated, physical and mental
energy in abundance ... it was unforgettable!!!
Mind you, this was a HUMIC substance, and it was completely black. When you would add it to your
water, it would mushroom-cloud (like chlorophyl does) and turn it completely black. This is a product

that is no longer being made, so perhaps I will have permission to list the brand? It was by Dr. Lamar's
products, they stopped making it over 2 years ago.
Alot of people talk alot about how great fulvic acid is, and it really is good, but fulvates are derivatives of
humates, and in my experience, humic supplements are vastly superior. I NEVER responded like that to
ANY one supplement I had ever taken in my life, and I've been popping supplements and cures for
almost 30 years!
Humic substances are not given the fanfare that they rightfully deserve (at least not outside the
gardening community). Instead most companies produce fulvic substances. I highly reccommend trying
a black water HUMIC supplement, and it should indeed change your water black, not brown or gold like
the fulvates do. There are several companies that produce a true HUMIC product, just do a bit of
Scroogling and you should find them. Some of them offer fulvic AND humic acids in seperate bottles. This is a great idea. Feel free to write me with any thoughts, questions or comments! Needless to say I
am a bonafide believer in the black water humics!

[YEA] 01/18/2010: Scott from Pen Argyl, Pa: "I ran across fulvic acid quite by accident and started using
it as a preventative supplement for various conditions. I noticed that I had more energy, better
concentration and a general sense of better health but found another interesting effect. Fulvic acid is a
chelator that helps detox the body. I think it took the nicotine and other pollutants from smoking out of
my body so that I no longer had the strong cravings. In fact, sometimes I found the cigarettes distasteful
so I just quit. The one problem I had with quitting was the physiological reaction of my lungs still
wanting that feeling of being filled by the smoke. I solved that just by inhaling and exhaling as if I was
smoking without the smoke and it reduced those cravings. I've been off cigarettes for two weeks now.
As Samuel Clements aka Mark Twain said, quiting smoking is easy, I've done it hundreds of times. Well
so have I. I have a feeling though, this time will be my last time quitting. I just am not having the cravings
I had the other hundreds of times I tried quitting and it's just been so darned easy. If this isn't detoxing, I
don't know what is.
I use a concentrated form of fulic, 350 times in liquid form. I add 12 drops to to juice or tea. It seems to
react to milk so don't use that. Also, as it is a chelator it's highly reactive so don't buy it in any kind of
plastic container, only glass. Plastic is also now found to contain a chemical that might contribute to
erectile disfunction so stay away from it as much as possible. I won't even use a plastic cup with fulvic
acid because of how reactive it is.
EarthClinic won't let us post specific products but maybe they'll let these key words through so you can
find it on your own if you do a search. Fulvic Acid, Optimally, Organic. If they let this through then you'll
find a supplier that provides several reports on the site that tells of the many other benefits of fulvic acid
and one that offers the best value I've found so far in a quality product in a glass container."

I am currently taking fulvic acid. Like you, I had no guidance in which one is the best to take. I am only on
week 2, way to soon to report anything. I am planning on reporting after 3 months use.
My health complaint at this time is bursitis in my left shoulder, which runs all the way down past my left
elbow. For some reason I have very weak tendons. About 7 years ago, I had tennis elbow in my right
arm, and it took about 5 years for it to completely recover. I am trying to speed up the progress using
fulvic acid, because like most health issues I know it is due to some kind of deficiency.
I am a long time Earth Clinic reader, a big fan of this site. I will report my results, good or bad, but only in
due time, unless of course the ailment recovers before hand. Peace, Rena."
03/06/2010: Rena from Mineral Bluff, Georgia, Usa replies: "It's been 3 months for my experiment with
Fulvic Acid, as promised here is my report on my experience. First a brief history for why I chose fulvic
acid. I had another bought of tendonitis, this time in my left shoulder, left elbow, left wrist. At first it
wasn't that bad, not until my co-worker and I were in the warehouse where I work, and a rake handle
knocked a box above our head off the shelf above us. Out of reflex action, I through my left arm up to
keep the box from falling on our heads. I heard and felt a pop, and then I almost passed out from the
pain. I had to stand there for a few minutes holding my arm, taking deep breaths and trying not to black
out, that's how bad it was.
I heard about fulvic acid speeding the recovery of many ailments, tendonitis included, so I thought I
would give it a go, I had nothing to loose, and my left arm was now practically useless. I had trouble
getting dressed, couldn't raise my arm even high enough to shave, couldn't even put my hand on my
hips, it just dangled there. I am happy to report that it is now nearly recovered, and I am shocked how
far it has come in such a short amount of time. I can now do anything with it that I need to without
noticing any pain. I still need to rebuild strength in it for lack of use all these months, but that should
come in time. The only time I do feel a slight twinge of pain is when I reach back to undo my bra, but I
feel even that is only slight, and in a short amount of time I will not feel that anymore either.
Other pluses about taking fulvic acid was that my left eyebrow grew back in. For years I've had a bald
spot about 1/4 inch on my left eyebrow, that I just penciled in, I have hair there now, blows my mind.
My eyelashes are longer too. I have so much hair on my head, that I can't tell if it is fuller or not (sorry),
this would be worth a shot for those who have thinning hair and could afford to test fulvic acid for this
condition, might take longer than 3 months to test though. Toe nail fungus is gone. Although I didn't
have it very bad, just a little on 2 toes on my right foot, but it is gone now. Three black heads I have on
7/30/2019 Fulvic Acid Minerals Information
24/42
my face, the smallest one is gone, and the 2 larger ones are much smaller now. All these little pluses tell
me I am healing from the inside out.
Other supplements I took on a daily bases with weekends off (I always rest my body of any supplements
on weekends). These I took before tendonitis.
1.)Greens drink )My multi vitamin/mineral.)
2.)Vitamin E (to keep from having hot flashes)
3.)Cod liver oil (twice a week)
4.)Magnesium oil
5.)Vitamin D3 (twice a week)
6.)Extra virgin coconut oil
When I got the tendonitis, I still took all the above, but took some additional sups as well, all fresh herbs
I cap myself. All for inflamation and pain reasons.
1.)Turmeric with fresh grated black pepper
2.)Ginger root powder
3.)Yucca root powder.
Now this is the part you are going to hate, because I can't tell if one is better than the other, but I took 2
different kinds of fulvic acid. In the morning mixed in my greens drink, I took the fulvic acid minerals
300X strength 12 drops from optimally organic. In the evening I took one ounce in 8 ounces of water of
the Wu Jin San Fulvic acid from Bioag.
The fulvic acid from Optimally Organic was bitter that's why I hid the taste in my greens drink, but the
Wu Jin San has no taste at all, so I could take that in water.
Just a few more things I want to add before I close is the amount of energy I had. It did not seem to
matter if I had 2 hours sleep or 9 hours sleep, I always had the energy to make it through the day. I also
found myself happier, laughing so much more, I just feel better all way around. I still get my monthly,
and it has been steady for these 3 months. Exactly 31 days cycle, like I did when I was young. This past
year and a half, my period became irregular, sometimes it would come every 3 weeks, sometimes I

04/30/2012: Rena from Mineral Bluff, Georgia, USA replies: "Hi Cazroid, If I had to choose between the
two, I would have to say Optimally Organic. I still have some because when I was cured of the tendon
problems I had in that whole arm, I stopped taking it. As a matter of fact, I don't take any supplements
anymore, except my greens. It will keep in my cupboard for if I ever need it again.
I was in correspondence with a wonderful lady from that company. She got a few emails from people
from this site telling her that I said the taste was bitter. I told her it was bitter and that I took it accordingto the instructions of maximum dosage it suggested. It was kind of funny, after that time, they changed
the recommended dosage.

on this site and I've tried several cures so far, including oil pulling.
I discovered fulvic acid a couple years ago and buy mine (I won't name the product) from morningstar
minerals in new mexico, usa. There is supposedly a big deposit in new mexico.
I love to grow my own organic vegatables and they sold me a huge bag, maybe 25lbs for like $12. Hec, it
costs more than twice that cost to ship it across country to maryland where I live. I sprinkle the humic
acid pieces.... Which look like big, poor ground chunks of coffee beans..... In my garden every winter. I
"very litely" sprinkle it around my lettuces, beets, tomato plants, etc..... So it dissolves in the soil and the
roots of the plant uptake it..... And I eat it and the veggies should have a higher mineral content.
The fulvic acid supplement is supposed to give energy and be an amazing electrolyte. It also has amino
acids in it. I don't take it daily but occasionally I add some to distilled water.
I'm more interested in getting higher mineral content to my veggies.
I'm hooked on making green smoothies and every day I bottle up chopped up organic beet roots and
leaves, kale, spinach, brocolli, carrots, swiss chard..... Apples, pineapples, peach, orange, kiwi, banana
and more. I vary the recipe but its NOT juiced where the pulp is removed. I am full and don't eat as
much and booming with energy.
I think the fulvic minerals add to the energy.

Do a web search on fulvic deposits in new mexico, usa and you should find out more about it. I am only
ending my first full year of using it as a soil additive to my garden. In theory, its going to help recondition
the soil and make my veggies way more vitamin and mineral rich."

07/30/2010: Isabelle from Garden Grove, Ca Usa: "Hello everybody! I was researching on humic/fulvic
trying to find a way to differentiate between all the product offer on the net. I did find a site selling to
organic growers that keep it sale pitch moderate and give good explanations on the different sources
and vocabulary of humus (ex: Terminology of Humus-related Materials Humus--product resulting from
decay of organic matter. Contains both humic and non-humic material. Humin--the alkali-insoluble
fraction of leonardite. (The usage of this term does not correspond exactly with the usage by other
workers. ). Humic substances--(plural) the collective name for the acid radicals found in humic matter.
Typically separated from humic matter by alkaline extraction. Humic acid--(singular) the acid radical
found in humic matter which is soluble in alkali but insoluble in acid, methyl ethyl ketone, and methylalcohol. Humate--the salts of humic acids, collectively, or the salts of humic acid specifically. (The usage
must be determined from the context. )
Fulvic acid--the acid radical found in humic matter which is soluble in alkali, acid, methyl ethyl ketone,
and methyl alcohol. Fulvates--the salts of fulvic acid. Leonardite--a soft brown coal-like deposit usually

found in conjunction with deposits of lignite. Lignite--a type of soft coal. ) so humic is NOT soluble in acid
but fulvic is. That important if we mix it with apple cider vinegar! And if you browse well the site you'll
find pics of the different layers of soil in monuments valley and it seem that for legal purpose the same
product is name differently in ca and or than the rest of the states. We don't have to buy from them but
their site help with the understanding.
The site is bioag if ec allow the mention. If it was not for Ted's remedy I would have used it only for
plants but now, I am going to get it for myself and for the pets. I hope this help someone. PEACE!"

company sells the liquid form as food grade; but not for human consumption. After much research I
have found out the powdered form is the same source sold by other companies for double or triple the
amount. I know I cannot give a name but if you will type in food grade humic acid in the google search I
think you should find it. The company is a gardening company. Hope this helps."

have found some with just humic and just fulvic and some with both. Ted mentioned a powder form but
all I can find is for animal use and fertilizer and you have to buy a ton of that at a time. Please send any
info to Anna at [email protected]"
Replies06/19/2010: Ruselrones from New York, NY replies: "As per my knowledge Organically grown
foods must have a humic soil base composed of degraded organic compounds and soil. Farmers who
grow crops with chemical fertilizers and pesticides destroy the humus beds and microorganisms of the
soil. A century ago, our farm lands boasted a foot of humic and Fulvic soil whereas today it is less than
four inches. The amount of organically viable land fertile enough to produce nutritious and healthy
foods diminishes each year as does the health of those eating the nutritionally deficient plants."

where I can buy the granulated humic acid/fulvic acid. I want to be able to make my own mixture as Ted
does. I don't want to spend alot of money on the Fulvic Acid products that I've found online. And my
local health food store has no idea what I'm talking about when I ask for fulvic acid.
I want to take it as a mineral supplement as my family has no known illnesses. I simply want to get the
amount of fulvic acid that one would get if our soil wasn't depleted.
Thank you!"

http://www.earthclinic.com/Supplements/fulvic_acid.html
All the product names or web site addresses have been removed from the posts. I understand EC's
policy of not advertising products. But humic acid powder is not easy to find like ACV or Vitamin C. It
seems to be sold in agriculture as fertilizer. So I think this is a case where the removal of product/web
site names is very unfortunate.
IMO I now think that this policy could be relaxed.
Thanks

and cannot believe the results! After 9 years of being pregnant or nursing I've got my mojo back with a
vegence- this is a wonderful thing for my marriage believe me LOL I am happier, I have tons more
energy, I am laughing and joking and getting so much accomplished it's not funny LOL After years of
trying every lotion and potion out there, this (next to mineral drops) this is hands down the best thing
EVER! I found a raw food family in British Columbia that sell real raw food that started carrying it. I hear
not all sources are created equal ;-( It's been amazing with my kids, they are playing for hours on end
without bickering (we homeschool so they are together all the time)... Amazing stuff!"

I was reading up on fulvic acid and found your post. You've mentioned, that you found a raw food family
in British Columbia selling it. I was wondering if you could pass the information onto me as I would really
like to try out fulvic acid. It sounds so promising."
01/28/2011: Bess from Calgary, Alberta, Canada replies: "Hi Maria - In case Wendy doesn't see your
question, this may be the supplier she uses for fulvic/humic acid (all organic I believe) - Real Raw Food
located in Naramata, BC. The Web site is www.realrawfood.com.
I haven't ordered from them yet but, after reading about Wendy's great results, I've added it to my wish
list!
I don't know if it's Wendy's supplier but it sure sounds similar. Cheers, Bess"
06/12/2011: Wendy from Orillia, Ontario replies: "Hi there, yes that is where I got mine ;-) I know EC
doesn't usually let you post websites or supplier names. They are an awesome company!
So update June 2011. So as with anything you begin to wonder what is making you feel great and if it is
truly just 1 thing. Well I ran out of the fulvic/humic solution a few months back. I didn't really
understand that much about it and that it could help with colds and flus and allergies etc. In the spring
one of my kids got sick and coughed for 2 months and I tried everything to help her from a holistic
standpoint (finally got an ND to help with chinese tinctures etc. And we have indoor air quality issues. )
Sooooo long story short, I've been exhausted, cranky, tired, unmotivated, argumentative, not interested
in sex AT ALL etc. I GOT MORE OF THIS SOLUTION. BUT I started taking 2 ounces a day, then sometimes
4 and even 6 ounces. I'm not sure if this is ok, I can't find any information on 'taking too much' so if
someone does if they could post that, I'd appreciate it. BUT I FEEL BEYOND INCREDIBLE. I homeschool
my 3 kids, my youngest is 2 and our life is VERY busy and my hsuband works ALOT. I am not feeling SO

amazing I am doing karate 5 days a week (2 hours a class), I am as mentioned before - laughing, and
having fun, going out on dates with my husband, feeling AWESOME, jumping on the trampoline for an
hour a day (that is btw NOT an easy feat and is extremely intense), roller skating for 2-3 hours straight
several times a week with my kids, buying new clothes because I feel so great!!! Wearing makeup for
the first time in years, caring what I look like etc. The kicker is I find my husband EXTREMELY attractive
again which is bonus for him! LOL We both did the master cleanse for 10 days and that was a good kick
start before I started taking the fulvi/humic mix again. My friend still had one I had given her before so I
took it and am awaiting more- until then I have only been giving my husband and kids a little bit because
I've been taking the larger amounts!!! As someone mentioned above it is like drinking a bunch of cups of
coffee- the energy, the mental clarity, the happiness- it's pretty cool that is for sure! I'm getting up at 6
am in the morning for the first time in years and years and I'm roaring around on 5 hours sleep (up
vaccuming at 1am after the kids and hubby are all asleep so I can lay in the sun for a half hour each
morning LOL). I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars on supplements over the last 10 years,
transdermal magnesium, zapping, hydrogen peroxide, b vitamins, greens, powders, chlorella, barley,
grown my own wheatgrass and sprouts, vega, homeopathics, herbs for teas, tincutres, fish oils,
concentrace drops, essential oils etc. And it's been SO SO SO MUCH WORK (if you are a mom with little
kids you know how much work it is to be changing your diet and doing all things healthy to feel better-
which usually means spending ALL day in the kitchen!!! ) This is one EASY addition to my day that makes
me feel better and more amazing then any of the other things in my life that I've ever take.
** note though, I also take lots of ______ vitamin c a day too, but I always have and I'm a big believer in
high c. It gives me energy but the 2 products are night and day. I don't make any money or anything
from recommending the fulvic/humic solution or vitamin c, but you can email me at holisticparents at
yahoo dot com if you want anymore information or to prove I'm legit and just a mom getting awesomeresults!!! ** also worth noting is that the only reason I bought this to try was because this family doesn't
carry a whole lot of things on their site other then food so I thought hmmmm I've heard of that stuff- if
they are using it, maybe I should too LOL They don't advertise or push their stuff - in fact I couldn't really
get much information out of them on it verbally so I just read the articles on it on their website. Hope
this helps someone!!!"

05/02/2012: Bill from San Fernando, Philippines replies: "Hi Betty... Humic acid, Fulvic acid and Humin
are the natural constituents of the natural substance. Fulvic acid is derived from Humic acid in a man
made separation process. So humic acid is the better, more natural form because it contains more active
ingredients. Humic acid is exactly the same as humus fertilizer, except that it is found embedded as a
layer in rock formations that are 75 million years old. The unique complex crystalline nature of humic
acid, formed by natural enzyme action and thermodynamic influences, makes it the smallest molecule
yet most complex natural organic elment which still has most researchers stumped as to its action on
humans. Further differences between humic acid, fulvic acid and humin are:
Humic acids - the fraction of humic substances that is not soluble in water under acidic conditions (pH
