Introduction Starting as a General Importer back in early 1973, PT FAJAR MAS MURNI (FMM) has turned the pages of its history. On May 11, 1978 the activities were consolidated and stepped-up. The main activity become representing national and international well-known manufacturers mainly as their exclusive distributor for the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
FMM as it is generally known, is an Indonesian limited liability company. Within a relatively short period of time, FMM’s sphere of endeavour’s has steadily grown and FMM is now well established as a major supplier of various types of essential equipment and materials used to support development in almost all sectors of the Indonesian economy. Planning each person’s career is a great concern of this group, due to the fact that the good performing people are the most important assets of the company. Training and upgrading at all levels is continuously implemented to improve the quality of our human resources. Social welfare of personnel is also taken care by facilitating sports activities, a cooperative to enhance the sense of belonging of personnel to the company and the employees run FMM club.
The Management Information Systems Group provides all information to support the company operation, management, control, and decision-making functions. In addition, we are already using Internet and Intranet to speed-up the process of communication with our regional offices, principals, suppliers and customers. Our Intranet is also being used to keep track and shared information among us.

General Procurement Group
General Services Group handles the office management and all legal matters arising from day to day business activities. It also ensures that all activities are in line with respect to the short term as well as the long-term goals of the company. It also arranges all necessary assistance in relation to the employment of expatriates
The General Procurement Group is responsible to procure all goods and services for the projects/ EPC contractors. Purchasing. Expediting. Inspection. Traffic and Contract.
In addition to the above functions, the Human Resource Division also taken an active part in the exploration of new business ventures, in matters related to commercial, legal, financial, government regulations and taxation aspects
