It also eliminatesdistributing and tracking multiple sets of keys and reduces timecoordinating staff and facility schedules.
Flexible control simplifies operational needsLighting schedules are entered into an easy-to-use Control-Link Centralwebsite or by email, phone, or fax. User passwords have varying accesslevels that you specify. Passwords, unlike keys, can be issued or cancelledat any time – making seasonal personnel or volunteer changes easierto manage.
Emergency schedule changes can be made through Control-Link Centralor an optional on-site Schedule Override screen, and on-site manualcontrols are provided for your maintenance staff.
Solid management tools reduce hassleControl-Link saves you time overseeing facility operations, schedulingstaff, and planning routine maintenance. Control-Link Central accumulatesinformation for you about your facility usage, including operating historyby facility and user group. The Control and Monitoring System providedwith new lighting systems provides proactive monitoring of your lightingsystem, reporting fixture outages to help plan routine maintenance. Apreseason light check helps assure your fields are ready for play.
Our Control-Link Central team can assist you in generating reports andanalyzing your data to provide tools for efficient operations, allocation ofcosts, assessment of user fees, proactive maintenance, and facilityexpansion planning.

What Our Customers Have to Say
Usage Data is Great“It’s been great. It’s ten times better than anything we’vetried before. The field usage data is great. Our monthlyreports needed for financial planning are more accurate andeasy to do. That makes setting user fees much easier. Thecustomer service we continue to get from Musco is excellent.I know I can call them anytime, from anywhere, and they’reright there to help, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”
Judy FlynnFormer Recreation SupervisorCity of Corona, California
Neighbors Appreciate Control Link“We used to get calls from neighbors every once in a while thatthe lights had been left on, and someone would have to goout in the middle of the night to turn them off. Neighbors havecalled us saying how much they appreciate the lights being ononly when someone is actually using the field.”
Scott WhitakerPark & Recreation DirectorCity of Carrollton, Texas
Easy to Operate“Musco’s Control and Monitoring System is definitely amore proactive approach than our previous system. Whenthere is a problem, the monitoring system allows a warrantyspecialist to immediately notify us. This is a huge asset, asproblems are resolved right away. The system is userfriendly, very efficient, and easy to operate. Using a phoneto call Control-Link Central is much easier than our previoussystem, which required a laptop to dial in and make changesto a particular facility. The simplicity of this system is veryrefreshing.”
Joe RossRecreation ProgrammerCity of Rialto, Recreation and Community ServicesRialto, CA
Customer Service Second to None“We enjoy the great customer service. The staffanswering the phones are so polite and we reallyappreciate that. We value being able to monitor the usageof the facilities through the website. Control-Link helpsensure that field lights are turned off when they aresupposed to be. We no longer receive calls at 1:00 in themorning that the lights were left on. The monitoringsystem has also been impressive. We received a callduring the day that there was a problem with one of thefixtures. After checking the fuses, we replaced one andthe system was back to go. The problem was resolvedbefore we would have even been aware there was aproblem.”
