-The floor plans are split into two typical floor plan types based mostly on the exterior of the building and the shape of the floors outer walls. The decision to create two typical floors accom-plishes two things: 1- it simplifies the design layout for construction. the design layout for construction. and 2- It creates good simitry in the facade design, while making the form more interesting.
