pre+erence) owe1er/ %0E,EC does not guarantee any internshipunder such circumstances and shall not be held responsible in anymanner whatsoe1er)

H) 0n the e1ent o+ a natural disaster or political instability in the hostcountry and the EP is in the host country during such a problem/ %0E,EC will pro1ide re8uired assistance to the EP) %0E,EC shall notbe re8uired to re+und any monies to EP in such circumstances) %0E,EC may pro1ide new option2s to the EP upon payment o+ necessary cost by the EP)

=) EP is mandatorily re8uired to attend all acti1ities/ seminars/wor.shops/ con+erences and other programs scheduled by %0E,EC+or his2her training) 0n case o+ EP's +ailure to attend the saidscheduled acti1ity/ %0E,EC shall not be liable in any mannerwhatsoe1er including but not limited to his2her preparation or theinternship experience

+B The EP's conduct is suspicious or his conduct is not inaccordance with %0E,EC code o+ conduct which would bringdisrepute to %0E,EC in any manner whosoe1er)

gB The EP is +ound guilty o+ any drug abuse and2or alcohol or isguilty o+ instigating any such acti1ity)

hB EP re6ects the internship on the basis o+ geographicalpre+erences or issue selection/ which is contrary to thepre+erences pro1ided and discussed at the time o+ setting theexpectation and contact signing) The EP will be eligible +or there+und o+ monies as per %0E,EC's re+und policies)

i- 0n the e1ent the EP bac.s out a+ter an acceptance note has beensent to the organiation confrming the internship)

1.$Conse%uences of &ermination

4) The EP shall not be entitled to any re+und o+ +ees paid/ i+ any)

7) The EP shall be denied the access to database o+ %0E,EC +orthwith+rom the date o+ termination)

9) %0E,EC may/ at its sole discretion/ deny any +uture enrollment o+ theEP in %0E,EC in 0ndia as well as abroad)

) The EP shall not be entitled to any +uture enrollments with %0E,EC in0ndia and2or worldwide)

1.'(efund oliciesNo e+und ,ituations:

%0E,EC is not liable to re+und any +ees in the +ollowing situations:

4) 0+ the EP is pro1ided with pro6ects and chooses to not accept them orchooses to not appear +or any inter1iews/ resulting in no matches) #ri+ the EP is not able to pass any inter1iew resulting in a match) #r i+ the EP does not communicate or respond to any o+ the !C'scommunication in a timely manner) %0E,EC shall not be responsible+or the same and would not re+und the aise &ee)

7) 0+ the EP chooses to withdraw +rom the program at any time due topersonal/ +amily or other reasons)

9) The brea. match is 1alid when it is due to reasons not under thecontrol o+ %0E,EC or the EP)

• ;hen the destination country is currently at war/ undergoingterrorism mo1ements/ natural calamity/ large scale seriousepidemic or other se1ere disturbance that may a3ect the li+e o+ the EP)

• ;hen re6ection o+ "0,% application is caused by the embassyand not due to any delay at %0E,EC's end) 0n this instance/ theEP can communicate with %0E,EC to fnd another TN/ and apply+or a @ month extension to their EP 0*)

0n the %bo1e cases/ %0E,EC will pro1ide the EP with new

opportunities) owe1er/ no re+und is applicable in these situations)

) The -rea. ealiation is 1alid when it is due to reasons not under thecontrol o+ %0E,EC or the EP/ when war/ terrorism mo1ements/ naturalcalamity/ large scale serious epidemic or other se1ere socialdisturbance ta.e place in the destination city2 country) %0E,EC shallnot be responsible/ but will help the EP to coordinate with the hosting!ocal Committee to set up new arrangements and ensure the securityo+ the EP)
