forfeitedwithoutpropercancellationnotice.Acancellationfeewillbechargedonallcanceledrentals.• Allorpartofanydepositmayberetainedagainstcleanupcosts,damage,orlossincurred.Ifdamagesexceedthedeposit,youwillbe

heldresponsibleforfullpayment.• Depositisduewithsignedrentalcontract.NOEXCEPTIONS.• A$100‘afterhours’feewillbeapplied,foranyrentalsexceedingthespecifiedcontracttimelimit.• TherentershallassumeallfinancialresponsibilityforanydamagesorlossofDistrictpropertyandforanypersonalinjurytoany

memberofthegroupserved,whichmayoccurasaresultoftheuseoftheproperty.Acertificateofinsurancemayberequested.

Checks: Checkfortherentalfeemustbewrittenseparatefromthedamageandkeg/beer/winedeposits(ifapplicable).ChecksmustbepayabletotheGroutMuseumDistrict.

Alcohol: Pleaseseethe GMD Alcohol Policy,ifalcoholwillbepresentatyourevent.SmokingisprohibitedatallGMDFacilities.

Decorations: PleasecheckwiththeEventCoordinatorforanyspecificdecoratingrequests.Tapeoradhesivematerialsofanykindonwallsorceilings,confetti,glitter,fogmachines,candlesand/oropenflamesarenotpermitted.Violatorswillbechargedfulldepositfee.NoExceptions.

Set Up/Tear Down: TheGMDwillhaveallsetup(table,chairs,andlinens)readyforyouuponarrival,withthecompletionofthegivenfloorplan.Youwillnotberesponsiblefortearingdowntheseitems.• Renterisresponsibleforallothercleanupand/orarrangingforthis,priortoevent.Thisincludes:clearingtables,foodstorageand

cleanup.• Alldecorations,materials,equipmentandfoodmustberemovedimmediatelyafteryourevent.• TherentedfacilityMUSTlookexactlyasyoufoundituponyourarrival,whenyouleavethefacility.Depositwillnotbereturnedif

rentedfacilityisnotproperlycleanedandcleared.

Catering: TheGMDisnotresponsibleforanyfooditemsbroughtontothepremisesduringaneventexceptforcateringcoordinatedbytheGMD.• Alleventsrequiringcateringservicesaretobeprovidedby licensed catering firms contractedbytherenter.Renter/caterermust• pre-arrangeifitemsaretobedeliveredpriortorentaltimes.WhenNOTusingalicensedcaterer,renterswillneedtoprovidea

copyofhomeowner’sorrentersinsurancewhenbringingpreparedfoodtotheevent.• WerequirecopyofcatererslicenseonfileattheGMD,priortoanyserviceoffood.Frying,sautéing,grillingandgreasenot

permitted.• Allcateredfoodservicesaretheresponsibilityofcatererand/orrenter.GMDeventstaffarenotresponsiblefortableclearing,etc-• Guests,food,andbeveragesarerestrictedtodesignatedareasasdeterminedpriortotheevent.
