Booth Procedure and Information

TRADE SHOW APPLICATION: FCA booth spaces commonly sell out. We encourage you to send in your

booth agreement and payment as soon as possible. Booth space payment and membership fee, if you are not a cur-

rent FCA member must be received at the FCA office by April 15, 2018, made payable to: Florida Cattlemen's As-

sociation. There will be no convention registration requirement for exhibitors. Should any exhibitor wish to attend

the meal functions during the FCA convention, a convention registration package must be purchased.

ASSIGNMENT OF BOOTH SPACE: Booth spaces will be assigned on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE

BASIS. We have a limited number of booth spaces. Please send in booth agreements as soon as possible. All

booth Agreements will be stamped with date received to insure fairness in first come, first served.

BOOTH INFORMATION: All spaces are air conditioned. Some heavy equipment can be accommodated.

TRADE SHOW HOURS OF OPERATION: Tuesday, June 19, 2018 - 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Wednesday, June 20, 2018 - 1:00 - 4:30 p.m.

SECURITY: Security will be provided from 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, through 2:00 p.m. on

Wednesday, June 20, 2018. Only exhibitors with exhibitor's badges will be authorized in the trade show area except

during authorized trade show hours. Badges may be picked up at the FCA Registration Desk. CANCELLATION OF BOOTH SPACE: NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE

LIABILITY LOSS OR DAMAGE: No parties to this contract shall be responsible for any injury, loss or damage

except in the event that such injury, loss or damage arises out of negligence or willful act of such party. Signs or oth-

er articles may not be affixed, nailed or otherwise attached to the floors, walls or doors in such a manner as to deface

or damage the exhibit area. The exhibitor hereby agrees to assume all risks relating to such property and shall hold

the Association harmless from all loss or liability related thereto.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS / DINNERS: The booth registration does NOT include tickets for ALL the FCA

functions. The name badges in the booth packets gives the holder access to FCA hospitality hours, dances, concerts,

meetings and the trade show. No meals are included. To attend meals, a full convention

registration must be purchased. The registration packets shall be mailed to all Allied & regular members in a

future mailing.
