REGISTRATION
•To register your EVO on the portal, click on the registration tab.
•A new window will appear on your screen. Fill up all the mandatory fields like your
EVO MDN, your valid e-mail address etc.
•Now click on
submit.
•You will receive
your password on
the provided e-
mail address via
auto generated
message from
EVO Portal. You
may have to
check the Junk
box. Check it!
CHANGE PASSWORD
•After successful login, if you want to change your password then click on the
change password tab.
•A new window will appear. Enter your old password as well as the new one. And
confirm it!
Click on submit.

QUERY DATA USAGE RECORD
•To check how much data you have used within a specific period of time, click on query
data usage record tab.

•Select the dates in between which you want to check your data usage like we did in the
following example.
Click on submit and your usage record will appear on the screen. For example, we haven't used the
device in the selected period of time so the following message is appearing on our screen.
•RECHARGE FOR PREPAID ACCOUNT
•To recharge your prepaid account, click on the tab recharge for prepaid account.
•A new window will appear.
RECHARGE FOR PREPAID ACCOUNT
•To recharge your prepaid account, click on the tab recharge for prepaid account.
Enter your MDN and card number. Click on submit. Your card will be recharged successfully.
INQUIRY PREPAID ACCOUNT BALANCE
You can query your account balance by clicking on the tab Inquiry prepaid
account balance.
•Your existing balance will be shown with your MDN.
MODIFY USER INFORMATION
•If you want to update your information on the EVO Portal, click on modify
user information tab.
MODIFY USER INFORMATION:
By clicking on the tab, following window will appear on your screen
Fill up all the info which you want to update and submit the form.
