Better communication between your team members, clients and business partners helps in the completion of successful projects
Being Receptive
You must be a good listener and must pay heed to what your team members say. Ignorance to their thoughts may end up project taking a bad shape.
Appreciation
While the project is under process or is about to complete, try to appreciate your team members if they have done something worth prasing. On doing a good job, pat them on the back and let them know and feel that they are appreciated for their work.
Be empathetic
If anyone in the team has done something wrong, do not react immediately. Try to find out the root cause analysis to understand where why did it happen. You must not try to hurt their feelings.
