o Continuous Writing – only 1 question (students to write on given topic supported by discrete picture stimuli)
o Oral Communication – stimulus-based conversation
o Comprehension – variety in the way questions are presented, different text types (eg. informational, narrative)
o Listening Comprehension – more graphic representation

o develop the picture. Cursory mention of the item inthe picture is not considered as development of plot.
o write accurately (grammar, expression, spelling andpunctuation) and use wide and appropriatevocabulary.
o must write a story that is sequenced well, with goodparagraphing and linking of ideas and facts.
