Implement a programme on Quiz for all the employees of the CGP vertical.Focus on varied aspects of quizzing.Impart sectorial knowledge on CGP sector through fun and engaging multimedia powered quiz events.

One of India’s top three IT services companies has its Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) verticalbased out of Chennai and has over 3500 consultants who are actively engaged with top customers of the CPG industry.

The company felt that its employees within the CPG domain and other verticals have an affinity towards quizzing and that there are many “hidden talents” in the team which needs to beunearthed, nurtured and appreciated.

So it decided that, a structured and managed programme on knowledge research and information dissemination would not only help its employees turn into effective quizzers, who would bringlaurels to the organization, but would also make them effective communicators in clientor peer to peer meets.

QuizWorks rolled out “Q-Connect” for the employees of this company in Chennai. Q – Connect

was a structured and managed programme for a duration of three months.

It consisted of weekly quiz sessions of 2 hours each and every one of them was an interactive

session, discussing the happenings in the CPG world. It also encompassed discussions of

general business and technology.

The programme was attended by more than 300 employees each week and QuizWorks

received a lot of positive feedback.
