Question for Actuation 2015
Copyright(C)2015-SINFONIA TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. All Rights Reserved.
Is it possible for Japanese EMA manufacturer to participate in the activity such
as ACTUATION 2015, which is initiated by Mr. Enrique Santafe, UTC
Aerospace Systems?
In this activity hydraulic system such as EHA will be completely replaced by
EMA through the transition from MEA to FEA (Full Electric Aircraft).
In case this replacement will be applied not only for Large size commercial
aircraft, but also for small size aircraft such as regional jet, and if the
development will be made individually for each model and each function,
tremendous amount of development cost and testing period will be required.
Therefore, the idea is to standardize those to 2 to3 basic EMA components
depending on its function, and assemble them for its specific application.
We are interested in this concept and eager to participate in this activity.
Is that possible for Japanese EMA manufacture to participate in this activity,
although U.S EMA manufacture do not appears to be in this activity?
