Squeeze lemon on lamb chunksMix together oregano, red cooking wine, sliced garlic, salt, pepper and small bottle of olive oil.

Combinetheaboveingredientsinamixingbowl.Somepeoplewillswearthatyoushouldmixtheflourandeggsfirstandthenaddthemilkandbutter.I’mnotconvincedthattheordermat-tersall thatmuch.Whatseemstobemoreimportant is thatyou
stickthecompletedmixtureinthefridgeforatleast10minutes.Themixturewillcombinebetterasawholeifyougivethe
flourmoretimetosoakuptheliquids.Thiswilldecreasethechanceofthecrepestearingwhenyouflipthem.
Cooking:
AsIunderstandit,thisisoneofthefewdisheswhereevenprofessionalchefswilltellyoutojustgoaheadandusea
non-stickpan.Ithelpsifyouhavetwothatarerelativelythesamesizesoyoucangetthisdonequicker.Puttheheatat
mediumandmeltasmallpatofbutterinthepan(orpans)andswirltocoatthesurface.Youultimatelywillneedverylittlebutter
