Rectangle indicates copy is being moved.
Plus sign indicates text is being copied.

Customize Quick Access Toolbar52
On the Quick Access toolbar, click the down arrow to display the Customize Quick Access Toolbar dialog box.Click the desired command that you wish to add to the Quick Access toolbar.
Save, Undo, and Redo are on the toolbar by default.
Check the items you wish to add to the toolbar.

Position the insertion point in the word you wish to replace.In the Proofing group on the Review tab, click Thesaurus.In the Research task pane, hold the mouse over the appropriate word, click the down arrow, and then click Insert.
