Dry beans with chicken sausages
(Mongetes seques amb botifarra de pollastre)

Hi, Our names are Ojanta and Ilona and we
are both 13 years old We are from Màrius Torres secondary
school of Lleida (Catalonia). And this is our Catalan receipt but it’s
not our favourite dish, our favourite dish isn’t Catalan.
Ingredients
500g of uncooked chicken sausages
600g of dry beans 3 gloves of garlic Salt Oil Parsley
Cooking equipament
A frying pan A pot A grill Some dishes
Procedure 1
Put the beans in a pot with water until a night before to cook it
Cook the dry beans in a pot about 2 ours with salt and a little bit of oil.
Procedure 2
Put a grill on fire, and when it’s hot put the chicken sausages on the grill.
Procedure 3
Drain the water of the beans
Put a frying pan on fire with oil and some pieces of garlic
Procedure 4
When the garlic is golden colour put the beans in the pan
Remove the beans until they are fryed
Procedure 5
Cut the sausages in four pieces and serve it in four dishes with the dry beans and put salt, oil and parsley.
