CAREER  DISCOVERY  2012  REPRESENTATION

 Lead  Faculty:

Anthony  Piermarini

Landscape  Achitecture:     Lisl  Kotheimer

Exercise  6  –  Storyboard  +  Work  Plan    For  the  next  30-‐45  minutes  you  will  put  aside  what  you  are  working  on  to  create  a  template  or  storyboard  for  your  presentation  and  a  detailed  schedule  for  the  completion  of  your  project.    Description:    Refer  to  any  examples  or  templates  that  your  instructors  have  provided  for  storyboarding  your  project.    In  your  sketchbook,  create  a  template  that  includes  all  of  your  drawings  with  their  approximate  dimensions.    Organize  the  drawings  in  a  way  that  will  be  neat,  structured,  and  in  a  logical  order  for  clear  and  precise  presentation.    Also  in  your  sketchbook,  create  a  schedule  for  Monday  through  Wednesday  that  includes  hourly  deadlines  –  be  sure  to  identify  times  for  eating  and  sleeping!    Jot  down  a  list  of  drawings  that  you  will  be  presenting  and  take  note  of  the  ones  that  you  have  not  yet  completed.    Determine  the  amount  of  time  you  will  need  to  spend  on  each  drawing.    Don’t  forget  to  factor  in  some  time  to  write  a  narrative  and  rehearse  your  presentation.    Good  luck  in  your  final  days  of  Career  Discovery!
