Research Area:
Specialized with the research work in the field of molecular biology. Familiar with mammalian and
bacterial cell culture, transformation, transfection, electrophoresis, membrane fraction preparation,
protein assay, polymerase chain reaction, DNA mutation, DNA sequencing, western blot technique,
radioligand binding etc.
Present research is in the field of pharmaceutical biotechnology, formulation development of different
dosage form like different types of tablets, capsules, gastro-retentive film etc. Also doing research on
isolation of biological active compounds from different medicinal plants.
