Getting Connected with eClevelandClinic Cleveland Clinic’s electronic medical record (EMR) is a comprehensive documentation and information management system that securely stores a patient’s complete health history and makes it available to Cleveland Clinic physicians wherever and whenever it is needed. Only Cleveland Clinic physicians and authorized members of a patient’s care team can access the EMR, making the care process more efficient, improving patient safety and helping Cleveland Clinic deliver healthcare of uncompromising quality.
Our EMR also serves as a platform for these convenient, secure, web-based eClevelandClinic services:
• MyChart is a free, secure, online health management tool that allows you to view your test results, request appointments, renew prescriptions and more.
• MyChart.Caregiver offers similar privileges at no charge to parents and legal guardians of minors and dependent adults.
• DrConnect, another free service, allows referring physicians to follow their patient’s treatment progress while at Cleveland Clinic.
• MyConsult offers specialist consultations and remote medical second opinions for more than 600 life-threatening or life-altering diagnoses.
