Notice is hereby given of a telephonic public hearing to be held by theTexas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (the “Issuer”) onJanuary 27, 2021, at 3:00 PM. All interested parties are invited to call into express their views with respect to the Development and the issuanceof the Bonds. The hearing is regarding the issuance of obligations by the Issuer,which may be issued in one or more series, in an aggregate principalamount not to exceed $25,000,000 (the “Bonds”).
