I moved this image to the previous slide in order to compare the standards side by side and it enhances the rigor that’s now a part of instructional leadership. Should we also discuss how instructional leadership is collaborative work with teachers? In this day and age, we are all instructional leaderships, especially teachers since they are doing the daily instruction.
