Design alives mini course a project-based graphics design course that uses common designer projects to teach techniques in adobe illustra-tor, inDesign, and Photoshop. With hands-off guidance, students learn to research, plan, and execute their design using all the tools available to graphic artists both online and off. There is particular emphasis on brainstorming, research, and marketing. This learning experience enables students to be-come independent graphic designers with a clear understanding of marketing through print media. at the end of this project-based course, the student will have achieved basic proficiency in the adobe programs together with a clear grasp of the design principles and four portfolio pieces of work.

Our art therapists are professionals
trained in both art and therapy. They are
knowledgeable about human development,
psychological theories, clinical practice,
spiritual, multicultural and artistic
traditions, and the healing potential
of art. They use art in treatment,
assessment and research, and provide
consultations to allied professionals. We
work with children of all ages: individuals,
families, groups and communities. We
provide services, individually and as part
of clinical teams, in settings that include
mental health, rehabilitation, and medical and forensic institutions.
