Definition: Controls body processes by means of Chemicals.
Endocrine System
● Hypothalamus● Pituitary Gland ● Thyroid Glands● Parathyroid Glands● Pancreas● Heart● Kidney (Adrenal) Gland● Thymus
Composed of:
● The hypothalamus makes you feel hunger, and thirst.
● The Hypothalamus controls the Pituitary Gland.
● The Pituitary Gland regulates growth, blood pressure and water balance.

● The Thyroid gland controls the energy that you get from food.
● The Parathyroid Gland controls the amoiunt of Calcium in the blood.
● The Pancreas controls the level of sugar in the blood.

● The Adrenal Gland affects Salt and water balance in the kidneys, and sugar in the blood.
● The Testes releases the sex hormone testosterone which controls changes in a males body.
● The Ovaries releases females sex hormone Estrogen.
