Our private event space is available for exclusive use for your Christmas party. Just ask a member of the team for more information. We have two wonderful private event rooms to choose from.

WEDNESDAY 23RD DECEMBER Make the most of your Christmas break by arriving a day early. Take time to explore the area or settle into your warm, welcoming room. Relax in the afternoon with a good book and a pot of tea or mulled wine if you prefer. Soak up the festive atmosphere in the evening as you enjoy a 3-course dinner in the stylish Upper Deck Bar & Restaurant.

CHRISTMAS EVE Breakfast will be served in the Upper Deck Bar & Restaurant, after which there is time to unwind in the lounge. Enjoy the hotel as a home from home, as we provide everything you need to fully relax. In the evening, we gather in the lounge with Champagne and canapés to meet with the General Manager and the team, and enjoy a few Christmas carols, before indulging in a 4-course, candle-lit dinner from our set menu.

For those that wish to attend a church service, our reception team will be happy to make all the necessary arrangements.

CHRISTMAS DAY Draw back the curtains and take in the beautiful views overlooking Lyme Bay. Enjoy a full, cooked-to-order breakfast and a glass of chilled Bucks Fizz or Champagne. • Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days.

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking or £10 per person for shared parties.

• One payment is appreciated i.e. no individual payments from attendees.

• By signing your party night agreement, you authorise Harbour Hotels to charge the card details on file for all tickets, pre-ordered food and wine and use as guarantee for bedroom reservations.

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• We recommend that bookings are made on minimum/confirmed guests numbers. Increasing numbers is subject to availability. Charges apply for any decrease in contracted numbers (either loss of deposit or full balance).

• If a pre-ordered wine is out of stock we will replace this with a wine of similar or better quality.

• Account bar charges - Must be paid in advance prior to the event any credit left on the account will be refunded via a voucher to spend in the future at the hotel.

• The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time.
