The Barbados Action Team (BAT) was established within the Social Partnership by the Chairman, The Prime Minister, February 2012. The Social Partners are duty-bound to confront and provide leadership in crafting solutions to national problems.
The BAT consists of three Working Groups (WGs) each comprising 6 members and representing the Social Partners. The Prime Minister Chairs the BAT while each WG has a Chairman and a Co Chair
