FRUIT DELIVERY – MARCH 24 @ MDU The fruit truck is scheduled to be at the
MDU building, 2001 N Merrill, out near the
fairgrounds on Friday, March 24. Please be
there at 9:00 to help sort and pick up your
fruit!!. If you cannot get there in the
morning, please let Jackie know so she can
plan to be around as long as possible. All
fruit must be picked up that day. No fruit
can leave the building until it is counted
and the grapefruit and orange boxes
checked for spoilage. Mixed boxes
generally do not need to be checked, but
you may want to look them over before you
deliver them just in case there is some
spoilage.
You all sold 1,436 boxes of fruit for a total
sales amount of over $30,000. Great job
everyone. Once I get everything tallied I
will send an email with the final winners.

RAISE YOUR HAND ALUMNI ACTIVATION
March 1 –July 30, 2017 montana4h.org/resources/RYH.html
As we work toward growing our Montana 4-H program, alumni are one of the most
valuable resources we have. Who knows better than a Montana 4-H alum what 4-H can
offer today's youth. The Raise Your Hand campaign is designed to reach all of those 4-
H alumni scattered across the nation and reconnect them with the program that likely
gave them many of the skills they use today.
It is also a contest! Raising your hand is a vote towards a $20,000, $10,000 or $5,000
award for the states with the most alumni hands raised. Use these resources to get the
word out and get Montana 4-H hands raised.
WHAT TO DO:
1. Encourage 4-H Alumni of ALL ages to “Raise Your Hand” – Complete the form at
www.4-H.org\RaiseYourHand to show your (their) pride as a 4-H alum.
2. Compete for your state – Raising your hand is a vote towards a $20,000, $10,000 or
$5,000 award for the states with the most alumni hands raised.
3. Pay it Forward – Tweet, post and share your #Montana4H #4HGrown experience or support and tag fellow alumni asking them
