My Very First Christmas in Heaven
I see the countless Christmas trees around the world
below
With tiny light, like Heaven’s stars, reflecting on
the snow.
The sight is so spectacular, please wipe away the
tear
For I am spending Christmas, with Jesus Christ
this year.
I hear the many Christmas songs that people hold
so dear
But the sounds of music can’t compare with the
Christmas choir up here.
I have no words to tell you, the joy their voices
bring,
For it is beyond description, to hear the angels sing.
I know how much you miss me, I see the pain inside
your heart,
But I am not so far away, we really aren’t apart.
So be happy for me, dear ones, you know I hold you
dear
And be glad I’m spending Christmas with Jesus
Christ this year.
I sent you each a special gift, from my heavenly
home above.
I sent you each a memory of my undying love.
After all, love is a gift more precious than pure
gold.
It was always most important in the stories Jesus
told.
Please love and keep each other, as my Father said
to do,
For I can’t count the blessing or love he has for each
of you.
So have a Merry Christmas and wipe away that
tear,
Remember I am spending Christmas, with Jesus
Christ this year.

FOURTH SUNDAY OF ADVENT
Stewardship of Treasure Pledge for 2018
The parish had our in-pew parish stewardship pledge drive
for the 2018 calendar year on November 18/19. If you
took your green pledge card home, please return it to the
parish office by placing it in the collection; mailing it to
the parish at PO Box 129 Moriarty, 87035; or bringing it to
the office. We sent out letters and materials to those who
were unable to fill out a pledge card at Mass.
Please be a part of our parish’s tithing effort and do your
part in building the kingdom of God and being grateful for
the blessings our Lord has bestowed on us. Remember
God cannot be outdone in generosity. God bless you and
your families. If you have questions please call Cathy at
the parish office. Note: this is not the Archdiocese Annual
Catholic Appeal, the 2018 ACA pledge drive will be in
February 2018.
All events are at OLMC hall
-- Food Pantry - second Thursday of the month – 11:00 a.m. -- Utility Assistance - every Friday (New Hours) 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. -- Monthly member meeting - third Sunday of the month after the 10:00 a.m. Mass
St. Vincent de Paul said that he knew “God had sent him to bring good news to the poor”. By your volunteering, you help to carry out St. Vincent de Paul’s mission. Thank you.
Begin to think about, and gather the items you will contribute to the Angel Tree this year. Remember, the items you donate are for the benefit of SVdP clients who cannot buy those items with food stamps. Please do not wrap the items, just return them to the tree or the parish office. All angel gifts should be returned by Monday, December 18th.
PLEASE PRAY THE ROSARY EVERY DAY.
December Refection
God reveals divine presence in the smile of another, in someone’s generous offer, in a plea for help, in the cry of the poor and the oppressed, in the child needing reassurance, in the aged needing a listening ear, in the sick needing a consoling hand.
Please pray for our sponsors. . . .

If you are not receiving your Sunday tithing envelopes and
would like to have them, please call the parish office.
Electronic tithing makes your Sunday contributions
secure, convenient and timely. We accept Credit and Debit card payments. For information, please call Cathy

The coming new year provides a good time to look at how
blessed we are and to ask ourselves how we can say “thank
you” to God.
We are thankful to the advertisers who sponsor this bulletin. Please support them with your business.
