Cydcor at EARTHS Magnet School

Mentoring and helping to prepare the next generation

EARTHS School is an elementary school in Newbury Park, California, near Cydcor offices.

Students at EARTHS study extra physical and life sciences on top of the regular public school curriculum. The school serves a diverse population and many children are learning English as a second language.

Cydcor team members have leant their support over the years to ensure the success of these special students.

Literacy Kits

Cydcor team members and United Way of Venture County created 50 literary kits for EARTHS. The literacy kits were designed to improve reading comprehension through games, worksheets, and crafts.

The kits were so successful, the school requested the original files of the worksheet and habitat game so that they could be translated into Spanish for ESL students.
