Stiralltoblendwellandtaste,addsaltasneeded.Turndowntheheattosimmerandcoverfor

    about30-45minutes.Stirringperiodically.9. Ifchiliisnottightenough,takeahandfulofbluecorntortillachipsandcrushinyourfistandstir

    intochili.Thiswillthickenchili.Waitabout10minutes.Ifnotthickenoughforyou.Addthe2ndhandfulandstir.
