1. Please refrain from appearing for the Cognizant Aptitude Test if you have taken it in the last 12 months

2. A candidate with more than 2 arrears will not be eligible for the process

3. This hall ticket does not guarantee a seat in the test. You will have to verify your identity and qualifications

4. Don't try to alter the details printed in the hall ticket in anyway. You will not be allowed to take the test if the

details on your hall ticket doesn't match our records

5. Please arrive at the venue at least 45 minutes prior to the test for identity check and registration

6. Please bring all your original certificates to the test venue. If you bring photocopies,the same mustbe attested with the sign and seal of the certifying authority.

7. The hall ticket should be accompanied by a valid photo identity card. These include a valid passport,voters ID,driving license (2 or 4 wheeler), letter from a gazetted officer or your college authorities with your photo

attached therein with the sign and seal of the certifying authority affixed half across the sheet and continuingon to the photograph.The letter from the gazzetted officer/college authorities must be on the official letterhead

8. You may use pen or pencil to take the test

9. Please remember your semester wise marks as it will be required for our reference

10. The duration of the test is 75 minutes

11. Log tables/calculators will not be allowed inside the venue12. Please switch off your mobile phones while taking the test. If you are found using a mobile phone for calls or

any other purpose, your candidature will stand withdrawn

13. On completion of the test, you are required to return the question booklet, answer sheet and rough sheet

given to you by Cognizant

14. Only 1 rough sheet will be provided, hence please use the same appropriately

15. Please ensure that your personal details are written legibly; especially the contact details including your emailID

16. Please write your contact phone number with the appropriate STD code

17. Please listen carefully to instructions regarding the declaration of results and the interview schedule/venue tobe informed sufficiently about the same
