Guys hate shopping. It’s a fact of life. So when it comes to shopping at Walmart—it’s all about efficiency. But, the high hopes of making a “quick” shopping run are dashed as you vainly search for an elusive item.
The No-Nonsense Shopper allows users to create a shopping list. Then depending on which Walmart store the person visits, the app uses GPS and WI-FI to download the corresponding store map. The list is then prioritized
by category and the app creates the fastest route for the shopper..
All the user has to do is follow along through the built in GPS and check off the items as they put them in their cart.
This means no more getting lost for big chunks of time and no more repeating aisles. In and out.

chorusAs an ambient media element for a BYU Men’s Chorus campaign and also to connect with the Olé! theme of the concert, a Mustache Photo Booth was placed on campus. This gave people wallking by an opportunity to sit down and have a friend take a picture of them with a mustache, suspended in the air by fishing line. They could then text or tweet their photo to @BYUMensChorus. Pictures were posted on the choir’s Facebook.
Some valuable lessons are painful. And most painful lessons are valuable. I’ve experienced both and will no doubt experience more in the future.
