Step1:Select‘Allusers”or“Customuseraccess”todeterminewhichuserswillhaveaccesstoviewthisreport.


Step2:Pickthefieldsyouwanttobedisplayedinthereport.

Step3(Optional):Usefilterstoonlyseecertainsubjects’dataordataatonlyoneevent(iflongitudinal).Forexample,ifyouonlywanttoseeFemalesubjectswithacompletedDemographicsform(seebelow).

Ifyouonlywanttoseedatafromoneevent,highlighttheevent(s)youwanttosee:


Livefilters(optional)allowyoutodynamicallyfilterdatainrealtimeintheactualreport. Step4(optional):Ordertheresults.

ClickonSaveReportwhenyouarefinished.Youshouldreceivethepopupbelow:

ClickonViewReporttoseeyourresults.


Oncethereporthasbeencreatedandsaved,youcaneasilyaccessitbyclickingonthereport’snameunderReports.

Additionally,youcangobacktotheDataExports,Report,andStatspageandclickonthereport’snamethere.

Note:Ifyourprojectislongitudinal,knowingwhicheventoreventsthedatainyourreportcomesfromwillbeveryhelpful,especially for filtering. Forexample, ifallof thedata in thereportcomesfromtheeventcalledBaseline,itwouldbegoodtoselecttheeventBaselineinStep3:
