Conclusions…-Issues with new technology or complex installations are common-But unless they cause a significant enough problem for the end user they often go un-resolved indefinitely.-Or worse still, the technology is by-passed completely-users push buttons and twiddle knobs if the systems don’t work as they expect them to.
