General Market Outlook for next two years:Sales likely to move higher;
but market is approaching it’s cyclical peak
Gradually improving economic conditions, the easing of the household debt burden, and most significantly, pent up demand have provided the boost to new vehicle sales during the past four years. Although sales are likely to in-crease during the next year or two, the pace of the recovery is almost certain to ease.

• Used light truck registrations fell 3.9%, while cars were off 1.7%.
• Nissan Altima was the best-selling model in the county among 2 year old or newer vehicles. BMW 3-Series was the leader for 3 to 4 year old models.
• Among the top 15 selling brands, Lexus, Nissan, Hon-da, Chrysler, and BMW were the only brands to have an increase in used registrations so far this year.
