Pursuant to Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of Camrose Countygives notice that it has given First Reading to By-law No. 1369 to amend Land Use By-lawNo. 1142.

The purpose of this By-law is to redistrict Pt. Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 092-6826 (SE 26-47-20-W4) from A —Agriculture to CR2 -— Large Lot Country Residential District. The intent is tochange a portion of the land to residential zoning, this will allow future subdivision of theparcel into two lots.

Anyone affected by this Amendment may make written submissions before 12:00 p.m.,Tuesday, February 16, 2016. The Public Hearing for By-law No. 1369 willbe held onTuesday, February, 23, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in the County Council Chambers, 3755 — 43”‘Avenue, Camrose, Alberta T4V 388. Written submissions willbe heard first, oralsubmissions willbe heard as time permits.
