The aim of this communication is analyzing the structure and the implementing process of the coordination figures done by the Economics Faculty of the University of Alcalá (UAH), developed during the year 2009/2010 and the first term of the 2010/2011, from the point of view of one of the Coordinators.

Wellcome day for new students: Introduce Degree and Course Coordinators … Adventure starts here!!
Changes: new Dean Team, new Rector in the university and more coordinators.
First thing to do is sharing the repvious experience with new Coordinators and with the new Dean Team: as a result a Students Wellcome Day is designed explaining timetables, Coordinators functions and how to start moving arund in the faculty.
There are huge differences between real situationa and what was planned in the original project (brief and vague) that was elaborated at the same time of the Degree documents to get ANECA’s approval
