Disznókö Aszú 5 Puttonyos, Tokaji, Hungary 2006 HK$180 Furmint, Zeta, Harslevelu This is a rich sweetie, with electric acidity backing the dense flavors of dried apricot puree, golden raisin and light passion fruit

custard, as the finish stretches out with layered notes of spice, candied citrus and mineral.

Frescobaldi Castello di Pomino Vinsanto, Pomino D.O.C., Tuscany, Italy 2006 HK$185 Trebbiano, Malvasia Toscana and San Colombano It is smooth and fresh, with notes of toasted almonds and hazelnuts. The finish denotes a sweet component - excellent

persistence.

Markus Molitor Beerenauslese, Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Germany 2006 HK$295 Riesling The pear and peach notes have a distinctive juicelike character in this round, fleshy Riesling.

Inniskillin Gold Oak-aged Icewine, VQA Niagara Peninsula, Canada 2011 HK$370 Vidal Blanc The peaches and apricot aromas and flavours develop into complexities of marmalade and candied brown sugar as it ages.

The ample natural acidity is softened by the oak aging adding a creamy vanilla flavor.

Château d'Yquem Sauternes Premier Cru Supérieur , Bordeaux, France 1998 HK$805 Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc Cooked apple, with hints of honey, lemon and butter. Turns to dried apricots. Full and round, very sweet, with a candied

character. Good enough, but a little cloying on the palate.
