A 39 years old woman came to our office looking for a better smile. An old metal-ceramic bridgeat 1.2,1.1 and 2.1 displayed an unarmonius smile. Teeth 1.1, was lost due a traumatic injurie 20years ago producing a huge defect and buccal plate resorption.

Secondly, a wax up recreating ideal teeth and soft tissue proportions was made.

From wax-up, a surgical splint was made for crown lenthening at 2.1. Bur abrasion wasperformed at 1.1 gingiva for an ovoid pontic. At the same appointment, after old bridge removaland crown lenthening, a chair side provisional restoration was made from the wax-up. Duringheailing period 1.3 incisal edge was added with composite.

After two monts of crown lenthening healing, horizontal 1.1 pontic deffect was corrected with aconnective tisue graft. A new provisional from lab was placed. After tissue healing andmaduration for 4 months polyvinyl siloxane impression was taken.

E.max Press LT B2 was the material of choice for 1.2,1.1 and 2.1 bridge and for no-prepveneer at 2.2.
