• Talk to someone
• Practice in front of a mirror or use your laptop
• Always stand up when practicing for your talk

How to prepare?
• Give your self a sense of feeling anxious
• Take a breath and calm yourself down
• Look at your audience
• Make eye contact
• Be natural and calm
• Take water if allowed
• Make pauses
