• Julie Nunemacher is our Director ofNursing. Julie’s charged with making sureall of our health care activities, includingmanaging and delivering medications, arebeing handled exactly as your doctorordered. There’s a lot that goes into thisjob both with you in person and behind thescenes, and Julie has deep experience inall the rules and regulations to help us getthis important work right, every time.

• Steven Brandenburg is our newMaintenance Director. Steven’s goal is toplan ahead and keep everything in goodworking order, and of course, to get it fixedfast when something inevitably breaks! Hejoins us from The Palms in Fort Myers.Steve is a former Ohio State Buckeyefootball player.

• Our new business office manager,Jennifer Glass, brings experience from oursister location, American House BonitaSprings. Jennifer’s the point person forquestions about billing, employee matters,anything that no one else can answer.Jen’s meticulous organization will keepCoconut Point on point.

• Finally, Patti Kuehl is the new friendlyface at the concierge desk. Patti will begreeting our visitors, handling yourrequests, and assisting Lori in setting uptours and special events. A proudgrandma of an incredible 10 year oldgranddaughter

When I was an energetic kid growingup in Illinois, I couldn’t wait for summer.How about you? Now that I live inSouthwest Florida with warm weather allyear long, I still look forward to summer,especially now that I get to spend it withyou at American House Coconut Point!

But summer doesn’t mean slow here atour House. Our team has been workinghard to recruit great new people andstrengthen our behind-the-sceneoperations so that we can make AmericanHouse the high quality residence youdeserve. Know that any changes we’remaking are 100% focused on ensuringyour continued health, safety, and comfort.Thanks for your patience, support, andongoing ideas as we continue improve! Ilearn so much from you each and everyday.

Sewing alterations can cost a smallfortune. However, as a resident of CoconutPoint, you receive the assistance FREE.Every second Friday of each month, a fewtalented women from the church HopeLutheran Church take over the activity roomand sew, alter, hem and share for anyone whomay bring items in to be fixed.The work starts at 1:30.You won’t find thisservice at any other community.
