Climate development must be done by medium and large enterprises and local political bodies in all provinces of Pakistan. MLEs must seek technical and financial assistance from donors and government departments.UNEP, UNIDO and UN Habitat will finance $0.8 million, $65 million and $38.8 million respectively during 2013 to 2017.

Strategy 2010s Activity 1

FPCCI, KCCI, LCCI, PCCI and ICCI must arrange seminars and workshops for university graduates so that they could establish climate development enterprises. They can get knowhow and finance from UNEP and CDKN. Livelihood opportunities would be created. Hopefully Zafar Bakhtawari, President ICCI would agree with the strategy.

Every year in May or June, carbon emission and green cover must be evaluated by enterprises having environmental experts and TQM consultants. Remember that donors rely on reports of competent enterprises. Hopefully UNEP and CDBN would agree.
