• 132kV Electrical Transmission Line from Parkes to Site– The ETL will supply the required grid connected power to Sunrise for the approved mine life– ETL is proposed at 132 kilovolts (kV) requiring a 45m wide corridor– ETL will be owned by the network service provider– Route options are currently being considered – Key stakeholders include:
• Parkes and Lachlan Shire Councils
• DPIE – Crown Lands
• Private landholders
• TransGrid
• Essential Energy
• Transport for NSW
– Approval sought via Part 5 of the EP&A Act by the network service provider

• Sponsorship of Local Agricultural Shows– Pending plan to proceed due to Covid
• Education and Investment– Supporting the Condobolin Public school
through our education sponsorship program to assist with their Breakfast Club

• This playground was funded by:– Clean TeQ VPA funds– NSW Government “Everyone Can Play” grant– Lachlan Shire Council funds

• A Mining Lease Compensation Agreement has been signed between Clean TeQ, DPIE-Crown Lands and Local Land Services (LLS) for the use of Crown Land within Mining Lease 1770
• ML 1770 varied to include land to the west of Wilmatha Road for ancillary mining activities
• Water Management Plan has been approved by DPIE– copy can be found on the Clean TeQ website
• Noise Management Plan revised– Monitoring suspended until construction
