Legacy Migration Upgrade
Intent was to go from three legacy systems directly to the latest Maximo 7.6 environment incrementally site by site.
Preliminary evaluations revealed shortfalls in Inventory which required an intermediate step to the 7.1.1.13 environment.
Adoption of 7.1.1.13 allowed for greater scrutiny of processes, work flows, inventory, and assets.
Aged data was purged; valid data from legacy systems was standardized and consolidated into a unified 7.1.1.13
