TOD District Framework Purpose
a. Assess, validate, and update the development
objectives outlined in the 2009 Masterplan for the Study
Area
b. Prepare a framework for the development of the
properties in the Study Area consistent with transit-
oriented development (TOD), affordable housing,
economic development, and sustainability goals;
c. Determine infrastructure required to serve the
anticipated uses;
d. Assess terms for cost sharing and implementation of
shared infrastructure
