if he had any immigration documents or a passport. said no. Agent then asked to exit the bus for further questioning. Once off the bus, Agent
searched the databases and found had previously beenremoved from the United States to China. At that point, was told he is under arrestfor being in the United States illegally. Before transporting , a pat-down search wasconducted. During the search, Agent found a document on that indicated hehas been granted refugee protection in Canada that was signed by him on 10/24/2016.

At approximately 1715 hours, SBPA and I boarded a Greyhound Bus that waspreparing to depart. SBPA stayed at the front of the bus and stood near thedriver's area so as to leave the aisle open to anyone who wished to freely enter or exitthe bus. I went to the back of the bus and, in the English language began to ask eachpassenger as to their citizenship. When I questioned each passenger, I stood at the rear ofseat in which the passenger was sitting to allow them to depart from the bus if they wishedto do so. Approximately half way between the back and the front of the bus, I encountereda subject who was later identified as
. I asked him as to his citizenship in the English language and he replied in amanner that led me to believe that he did not understand me. I restated the question againin the Spanish language, and he stated "Mexico." I then asked him if he had anyimmigration documents to which he answered "no." I then asked if he was in the UnitedStates illegally to which he answered, well I am going back to Mexico. I then asked him ifhe had any Immigration Documents to be in the United States legally. He stated no. I thenasked him for identification card and he then handed me a Washington State Driver'sLicense. I then asked him to remain seated and that I would be right back with hisidentification. I then took his identification to SBPA and he ran it on the
SBPA informed me that the subject was an overstay, out of status. I then checkedthe rest of the passengers on the bus. I then went back to and then instructedhim to go to SBPA who was standing near the front of the bus. walkedtowards SBPA and all of us exited the bus. Upon exiting the bus SBPA placed right and left index fingers on the portable data base in orderto ensure positive identification.
Further questioning of produced an expired H2A visa. was granted a I-94on May 14, 2016 at Nogales, Arizona and departed the United States on September 8, 2016.

I then inform hat he was under arrest for being in theUnited States illegally. I asked him if he had any luggage on the bus and indicatedthat he did. I informed the driver of the bus and he opened the baggage compartment andasked which bag was his pointed to a suitcase and the driver retrieved itfrom t gage compartment. The driver inspected the tag on the suitcase and compared itto a ticket that gave him and the tags matched so he released the suitcase to us.

On 05/28/2017, at approximately 1715 hours, was encountered on a Greyhound bus thatwas departing for Missoula, Montana. was determined to be in the United Statesillegally and was arrested. was in possession of Liberia Passport with an Expired USVisa. When questioned to his right to be in the United States he claimed to have paper workin the process. On 05/28/2017, Agent and I were assigned to conduct transportation check dutiesat the Bus Station. At approximately 1715 hours, Agent and Iboarded a Grey Hound Bus that was preparing to depart. Agent stayed at thefront of the bus and stood near the driver's area to leave the aisle open to anyone whowished to freely enter or exit the bus. I went to the back of the bus and, in the Englishlanguage began to ask each passenger as to his or her citizenship. When I questioned eachpassenger, I stood at the rear of seat in which the passenger was sitting to allow him orher to depart from the bus if they wished to do so. Approximately half way between theback and the front of the bus, I encountered a subject who was later identified as
. I asked him as to his citizenship in theEnglish language and he replied in a manner that led me to believe that he did notunderstand me. I restated the question again, and he stated "Liberia." I then asked himif he had any immigration documents to which he answered "yes." then gave me aLiberian Passport which had an expired US VISA B-2 from May 15, 2015. He stated that he hadpaper work pending. I then handed his Passport to Agent who ran immigrationchecks using a handle held system. Checks showed no immigration status pending orcurrent. I then instructed him to go to Agent who was standing near the front ofthe bus. walked towards Agent and the two of them exited the bus. Icontinued with my inspection and after I had asked the remaining passengers as to theircitizenship, I departed the bus.

I then informed that he was under arrest for being in the United States illegally. I asked him if he hadany luggage on the bus and indicated that he did. I informed the driver of the busand he opened the baggage compartment and asked which bag was his. pointed toa suitcase and the driver retrieved it from the baggage compartment. The driver inspectedthe tag on the suitcase and compared it to a ticket that gave him and the tagsmatched so he released the suitcase to us.
